About The JPMA Show
The JPMA Show: Built for Baby is the only combined baby and children's products conference, trade show and consumer baby show in North America. The four-day event brings the industry together to showcase and launch the newest innovation in baby products, collaborate on product quality and safety advancements, participate in educational opportunities, connect with peers and sell new products. The show culminates in the largest consumer baby show in the country, giving participants a unique opportunity to engage new and expectant parents at a level not offered by other shows.

Wednesday, April 10:

  • 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. - Conference programming, special events and private meetings, plus hosted sessions with retailers, media and international buyers
  • JPMA Member and Media Reception and Annual Member Meeting

Thursday, April 11:

  • 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. - Show floor open to the trade
  • 7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. - Industry party

Friday, April 12:

  • 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. - Show floor open to the trade
  • 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. - Show floor open to the trade and consumers
  • Innovation Awards announcement

Saturday, April 13:

  • 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. - Show floor open to consumers

Where should I stay?
Staying in the JPMA hotel block will allow for close proximity to The JPMA Show activities and transportation to the Industry Party. More details on the JPMA hotel block will be available soon. Check back for updates!

Manufacturers, retailers, members of the press, sales representatives, non-profit safety organizations, government representatives, NGO's, and other industry stakeholders. Consumers are invited to attend New Parent Days on Friday, 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. and on Saturday, 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

JPMA anticipates more than 200 exhibitors, representing a curated experience focused on the right buyers, the right consumers, the right programming and the right opportunities to drive your business.

What will I find at The JPMA Show?

What will I find at The JPMA Show?
The event kicks off on Wednesday with education programming focused on media and marketing, offering select opportunities to connect brands and media in valuable ways. Wednesday evening will also inclue additional networking opportunities like the JPMA Annual Member Meeting.

Thursday and Friday morning will be focused on trade activity, with the much-anticipated Industry Party at Orlando's CityWalk™ on Thursday evening. Friday afternoon, exhibitors will have time to make any necessary changes to their booth for that evening and Saturday's New Parent Days. Friday evening brings together both trade and consumers for a unique experience, including an announcement of the year's most innovative products, the Innovation Awards, and special entertainment.

Saturday will be open to consumers for the full day with access to exhibits and robust programming to ensure they have the knowledge they need to choose and use baby products wisely.

What do I need to know about the Industry Party on Thursday evening?

What do I need to know about the Industry Party on Thursday evening?
The Industry Party is the biggest night inthe baby products industry! This annual event brings all show attendees together for a night of networking and fun. This year's event will be held on Thursday, April 11, 7:00 - 10:00 p.m. at Orlando's CityWalk™, a short distance from the Orange County Convention Center. JPMA will have free shuttle buses available to transport attendees both to and from the event. The bus route will include pickup and drop off at both the Convention Center and at hotels in the official JPMA block.

The JPMA Show is the only juvenile products industry event that combines an educational conference, trade show and consumer days all under one roof, with one exhibit fee. Exhibitors are able to reach the trade community as well as consumers with one event set-up andone booth expense. This is especially compelling for exhibitors seeking to expand consumer engagement, collect product feedback, or for companies new to the consumer show experience.

What are New Parent Days?
The JPMA Show: Built for Baby is open to the general public on New Parent Days, which will be held on Friday, April 12, 3:00 - 7:00 p.m. and Saturday, April 13, 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

New and expectant parents will find the latest innovation in baby gear, top brands, new parent education, product safety information and much more, all under one roof. Consumers can join us Friday event for a fun night out, complete with mocktails, special entertainment and more! On Saturday, new parents will come back to connect with brands, learn from the top parenting resources and have fun with the whole family.

How do members of the media and influencers register to attend?
Media and influencers will be able to register to be considered for complimentary tickets to The JPMA Show when registration opens in September 2018. Media and influencers should plan to attend Wednesday afternoon through Saturday morning to participate in key programming designed specifically for media. More details and a full media schedule will be provided once registration is approved, after registration is available.
